Noticed I've been hmmphf-ing many times. Need to check my nose.

Before I go offline and go to bed, I shall say a few words. *sob sob* This will be my last time (again) until the next time I'm entering something into my blog. My clothes are still in the wardrobe, my tutorials on the desk,my file on the bed, my research results on the computer desk and my shoes somewhere out in the open. I don't want to face the horrible world and get myself freaked up and worked up every single time before I go back. I really hate this. But then again, who doesn't? Possibly those that manage to make Singapore their home. I wish I could do that...at least make it my second home, since I spend like 3/4 my time there. My only comfort, is when I'm in bed, dreaming of a faraway land where tutorials and tests do not exist anymore...all I do the whole day is cuddling up to Paul (heh) and read good books. Dream, you say? Yeah, it's just a dream. But dreams do come true...We'll see.
Aargh. Enough of rambling. I'm going back and I don't want to be homesick. Hmmphf.

Should go and visit Rachel's site. It's beautifully done. I like her little doll-like thingy next to a brief description of herself. :) So much nicer than mine. I'm thinking of a way to link her permanently.

I'm very very bored. And I have no idea what to do with my topic presentation. Maybe I should just rattle of figures like my brilliant classmate and get an A for it. *sigh*

Why do people want to do home-schooling? Coz they are afraid that their child will be conformed into some governmental ideals? If that is the case, then won't the education system change if the government changes? Hmm. Education is such a sensitive issue because first of all, it concerns the well-being of a person, the secondary reason being providing a knowledgable workforce for a country.

Aargh. Forget what I've typed. Possibly pure nonsense.

I'm going back in 9 hours' time and my things are still lying around in a mess. Somebody tell me what to do.

Guang liang and Pin guan sound so good!! All the nice romantic songs...good for putting me to sleep. :P And oh, reminds me of my dear darling Paul.

Went for dinner at Bhatra. And the crew from jalan-jalan mari maken came and decided to interview us. Not bad. But that woman, that woman, she had the cheek to call me budak! And what is more, she thinks that budak does not have a mind of her own and hence only the parents can give their opinion. Hello? What an insult. Hmmphf. I bet she must have assumed that every young person does not have a mind of their own. Maybe because she was like that all the way through middle age. And oh, she's FAT. Very fat. No wonder she's hosting that programme.

Friday, August 10

Well, I have done some tiny minute changes around the blog...those tiny little stuff that have been bothering me for quite a while. *grin*. I'm very, very proud of myself.
And by doing this little correction, I have therefore forfeited my precious time with Chemistry and Physics. Maybe I should just shut up and get off the computer and go do my work. Hmmphf. Bye.

Looks like Nadia is indulging in the evolutionary theory. Anyway, her site has a better layout and her fonts are lime green (obviously her fav colour). I think her entries are slightly advanced for some people with simple minds.

Blog is so addictive. HELP!!

I cannot find anything useful from the Net for my research topic...looks like I have to come some reasons from my head...*knocks head*... work, work!! Gee...I wish I'll be like that Toon King person that came for College Day. Apparently he got knocked on the head by a huge bamboo pole while trying to erect it and became a Maths whiz after that. Damn. And apparently there's a little depression at the spot where he was hit. Hah. Great story eh?

Aaargh...I'm so upset.

Hm. Siaw Ling's not back from Singapore yet. And Nadia went for tuition?? Rach...I need your home phone number. I'm supposed to do my Chem now, but guess what. I'm lured to blog. As usual. Though nothing exciting seems to be happening to me at the moment other than the ceiling is crashing down and the oven has decided to burn itself out. Hm. How boring. *sigh*

Those who think they can believe in God and also believe in evolution must realize that the sytem of evolution denounces any existence of God. If man evolved upward, then there certainly was no original sin which took him downward and the need for salvation is a joke.

Is it true?

The place I stay in -- Nanyang Girls' Boarding School -- is such a wonderful place I assure you. All the day long, your room get peeked in by roving eyes and you wonder why don't we just draw the curtains? Hey, we have a right to enjoy sunlight too. And even after receiving body-piercing glares from the owners of the room, those big eyes filled with curiosity stares back at you innocently. Stupid people !! Don't they know what is called privacy?? Don't they know we are not exhibits placed in a glass case in a museum? Don't they have a brain??!!? Oh yes, for the mathematical sums and Physics problems, but definitely none for sensible, basic courtesy. *Hmmphf* So much for being delicate and polite (!!) and wen rou and bersopan santun girls? What has gone wrong? Oh no. They have a big, big problem looming ahead of them. Hah.

That's all I have to say. I just love the Net...I am entitled to say anything and whatever I want. Yea.

Erm. I still want to talk about women changing the world...and indirectly manipulating the world. Through GENES. From the Evolution chapter in Biology I've read, it is suggested that sexual selection can actually cause evolutionary change to a species. Although it takes a longer time, but a significant change is there. Hm. Also, since female is the limiting sex in numbers, they are usually the one choosing their mate. OK. In arranged marriages, the parents do the choosing la, but there is still the element of choice. And so...as the women are gradually being liberated, and as our minds are being opened, we choose the best males and so...by the theory of natural selection, the population will evolve as the weaker ones 'die' off being single and hence their genetic information will not be passed on. And that is the end of their story. Heh. And maybe one day...males are not needed at all. Hmm. Maybe just for sexual pleasure but no longer for reproductive purposes. [OK. I know there's males out there that are reading this. But hey, it can come true.] :) But then again, this will take a long time and in the mean time, this will not happen. I think God will not even allow this to happen. Ah well. Time will tell. In the mean time, guys are essential.Heh.

SHIT !!!!!!I just lost everything i've just typed a while ago....something about the evolutionary theory...and the women taking over the world. Darn. Now I have to repeat all I've typed. Well, maybe not.
Heh. I feel really evil now. I'm going to do something really bad...and piss those PRC's off. Haha.

First things first. I would like to thank dear darling Rachel for willing to post stuff for me...while I was busy mugging away(yeah right). Anyway, it's been a loooong time since I actually entered anything personally. Oh, I'm back. Singapore's celebrating her 36th birthday tomorrow and RJC has a day off today. Long story lah. But the thing is, we went down to Orchard Road to busk and collected about S$6000 from the public for some home. It's a 3-in-1 thingy lah. Celebrate RJC's 20th anniversary, charity work and S'pore's 36th birthday. Was really fun. But the performance near Shaw House was a failure coz the people walking past are either too intimidated by our singing or they are just plain stingy to even spare a few cents(!!) for charity's sake. Funny. Oh, and if you happen to be a flag seller that day, too bad. Mwahahahhaa....Oh. And ASEAN's Senior's Nite was on the same day too...Was so tired after the whole thing that I just plopped onto the bed and slept. Ah well. I think the banner is really nice. Too bad we did not leave any of our signature there. Just some Rafflesian colours on '2001'. *sigh*

Gotta study...this is not a real hol for me. There'll be a chem test next Thursday...and I think I'll be skipping the test. South Asia Pacific (I'm not too sure of the order) Choral Music Symposium's on that day....lallalaa...BUTI suppose I'll still have to take it. Sooner or later. Sheesh.

I'm doing a research on the topic home schooling vs formal education. But there seems to be nothing about the benefits of formal education...other than the meagre few I can think of. And my GP tutor wants substantial evidence.
